Internet Assignment________________________________________

Before we delve into the fun filled world of the Puritans in Arthur miller's play about the Salem witch Trials and the Red Scare, we need to get our historical bearings (or in other words, a sense of the setting and events involved in the play).  YOUR ASSIGNMENT:  Using the miracle of the internet, and your favorite search engine (Ms. Moore recommends Google or Yahoo), find information on Salem, Massachusetts and the witch trials of 1692.  When you have found the answers to the questions:

**Type the answers to the questions on a separate piece of paper.

**AND make sure you also type the website on which you found the information.  We always must cite our sources properly.  Just type  the website name in parenthesis (witchtrials.com) next to each answer.  Find the answers and you will be sublimely rewarded…with knowledge!  YES!  I love knowledge!!!!
