Application
Using one book you have read
for English in high school (such as To
Kill a Mockingbird, Lord of the Flies) write a short description of what
happens in the story at each “element point” (numbers 1-7, above). For example, for exposition, describe where
and when the story takes place; for character, describe three or four of the
main characters. Use the same book for
all examples, and be sure to punctuate your titles correctly!
