We are a non profit, no-kill, state licensed animal shelter. We are dedicated to rescuing and re-homing homeless animals, ending pet over populations by adoption & spay/neuter programs, defending animal rights.



United animal rescuers & animal lovers -- together -- we are growing a network of caring volunteers dedicated to the protection of animals, and are fighting to end all animal cruelty.

Our Mission -

  • Promote animal welfare education: animal care & welfare educational classes that are fun and rewarding -- By spreading the word and raising awareness about homeless pets we encourage others to join in the mission.

    Can't adopt, there are many other ways you too can help animals in need.

    Help a pet get a needed surgery or medical treatment

    Be Part of Our New Animal Educational Center's Build Team! 
    Join Animal Angels - HeartReach to build a new Green Animal Rights & Educational Center, with our own Green Plan. We are a small all volunteer group of caring people dedicated to saving homeless pets, and ending the pet industries that cause it. We are growing to provide as many animals sanctuary until adopted or to live out their lives happy & healthy in a cage-free environment, with plenty of outdoor educational activities, sunshine, & green grass. All activities at the sanctuary will advocate Going Green, Animal Welfare Educational & Wildlife Enrichment Programs.


    Supplies needed at the sanctuary:

    Canned cat and dog food, veterinary care vouchers/accounts, biodegradeble cat litter cat litter, rags & towels, blankets, bedding(please pick fabrics that DO NOT HAVE ANY STRINGS, Thanks), & monetary donations are always needed and appreciated(You can send vouchers/pre-paid specific gift certicates(please ask about particular food needs, thanks) and/orYou can send donations directly to our vet(apply it to our HEARTREACH account at our vet, Best Friends Pet Clinic, Wichita, Kansas);send direct to the sanctuary, or online through donation button above(which really direct to the vet or us is better because of the charges for these online donation account charges - I'd rather see that extra money go directly to the vet or for food & supplies, whichever is easiest for you, all donations are greatly appreciated and will be achknowledged online and at the sanctuary).

    Buy beautiful art prints: Billy's Paw Prints, to support Paws Causes -- All proceeds are donated 100% to save & care for as many homeless pets as we can, and to work towards ending pet overpopulation & animal cruelty. We are working to build, only with your help, build a green educational adoption center & sanctuary to provide a healthy, nurturing home to live out their lives safe and happy. Also at the center we will have classes and interactive educational activities for people to get involved with the sanctuary and their own pets.
