NATALIE ANNE LEVIN
SPINTO SOPRANO
Ms. Levin, a native of Philadelphia, received her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University, and later received her Master of Music from Northwestern University.  She has sung with the Santa Fe Opera's Apprentice Artist Program for Singers, the Central City Opera House Association Apprentice program, and as a Virginia Opera SPECTRUM Resident Young Artist.  Ms. Levin began her career as a mezzo- soprano but has recently transitioned to soprano.  Her roles to date include Flora in La Traviata, La Contessa di Ceprano in Rigoletto, Rebecca Nurse in The Crucible, Giulietta in Les Contes d'Hoffmann, Octavia in The Coronation of Poppea, and Isabela in La Hija de Rappaccini.  Ms. Levin's love of languages has led her to become fluent in Russian, Italian, French, German and Spanish.
