'NSyncTV at MTV 25/5 2000

I came home, turned on MTV and almost died in shock.

I'll start with the songs.

This I promise you

There's some annoying whining noise in the beginning, but it is easily identified as Justin (does he get more and more whiny the older he gets?). Then there's another (perhaps the same) annoying noise all through the song.

I thought she knew

What can I say? Joey sang, solo... how do I describe this?... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh, loser... Seriously, when he lip-syncs to every other part he holds the mike close (really close), but when he does his (sad excuse for a) solo he holds it much further away. Still he fails to lip-sync perfectly. No surprise that is. And there's an annoying noise all the time too.
Oh, and I take back everything about J.C. having talent.

I drive myself crazy

IIIIIIIKKK!! What is that noise Justin does? It's hurting my ears! Stop it!! No screechy noises! Otherwise it went through like a flat, boring, emotionless ballad, with bad singers... Until Justin... then there was pain, true pain, tons of pain... for everyone with ears...

On with the other stuff.

The 'NStinkers were standing like this: Joey, Justin, Chris, J.C. and albino troll. They were standing awfully close to each other, except Lance who apperantly didn't like J.C. at the moment (maybe they had a fight... can happen to any couple. I hope it works out between them, we all know that sex without Lance just wouldn't be the same for J.C.).
Joey was standing there with an absent look when they are being filmed, watching the audience (consisting the most extreme fanatics in USA). And I swear he's wondering how many of them would sleep with him... Until Carson Daily walks up next to him and starts talking, then Joey looks at him with the same look ("I wonder if I could have him..."). Then - after a while - Joey turns back to the audience and you can see him thinking "Wonder if they'd do a threesome..."

That was Joey with his bad colored hair, Justin and his afro, Lance who seemed a bit cranky (can you say PMS?), J.C. who sang bad and looked like shit and Chris was but ugly (no news there).
