Executive Summary

This propersal is made for establishing Ramkhamhaeng University in Phuket. As Phuket is one of the areas where there are popular in tourism for years, it is a good opportunity for us to establish the university there. It is not only benefit the tourism in Phuket but to spread out the good quality of education for people also.

These are the advantages in building Ramkhamhaeng University in Phuket:

By building the university at Phuket, it provides the best quality of education for people. Due to the university is built with high technology, it will be the best technology center throughout Asia. We will gather the best professors around the world to teach students. We will also provide the unique interesting courses for the students to have good and steady carrer in the future. We are not only giving them the unique interesting course but we will provide them all high technology and full option of the equipments also. As the program is in English, we will allow other foreign students to study in our university in order to exchange culture and spread out Thai culture; let them see how amazing Thailand is, and also to improve English language to the students. We will contruct the building from the mountain to the land and finish it in the sea; 3 different combinations. We will provide the classroom within the mountain along down to the land and go deep into the sea – underwater classroom. Everything will be high technology built and make it to be the most popular university in Asia.

By building the university in Phuket, it helps the country to improve the tourism, gain more tourists and the money of the tourism will be increased also. Other foreign peopel will know more about Thailand and might be surprise of how beautiful it is. That is something that we all, Thai people, should be proud of.

Introduction to ACG Company

Project Ramkamheang University, Phuket

The company is now currently worked on a great project of building a university in phuket. A small island of Thailand known as one of the most important seaports of Thailand as well as tourist site and commercial island.

Since there are many universities in Thailand, Private university and Government University but the number and quality of university still not match for all Thai students. So project Ramkamheang University, Phuket will resolve education problem in southern part of Thailand in long term.

Another by-product of building Ramkamheang University, Phuket is to resolve the conflict between religions and culture in the Southern parts of Thailand. Research show that international study can effectively solve the differences of religion and culture by open up their minds and connect them with the worldwide.

The company has planned to offer the Ramkamheang University rector with a magnificent university. 2 parts of the university will be build on the land with mountain behind the university, the mountain is one of the greatest site for the university the mountain will absorb the heat away from the university and mountain also make rain and maintain humidity around university. These factors will decrease the expenditure of power and water usage in the university.

There are 6 faculties run on the university at the beginning; faculty of Art, faculty of off-shore engineering, faculty of education management, faculty of tourism, faculty of business administration and faculty of computer science. These 6 faculties are deal with creativity in humanity environments is very important in this case. The company constructors, system planners, and management planners are now work very hard, try to build the most effective and the most beautiful university in Thailand.

A lot of funds are required for building this university. The Company dream about long term profits not short term investment. The university cannot earn too much money from students in short term range but the university can quickly produce a lot number of brilliant candidates, ready to push Thailand to one of the leading country in the future.

The questions and answers of university building cost can be describe as the university will be build next to the sea and behind mountain. Such a great building site like this, huge money is required to put in the university.

ACG Company has planned to consider the rector and managers of Ramkamheang University, partnership with businessmen and business women around the world can solve this problem by mobilize fund to the university. From this aspect the university will surely cannot gain much profits but still can produces a lot number of brilliant graduated students in return.

Another good point of allowing international business to join the Ramkamheang University, Phuket is the international business know the secret of how to attract huge number of students around the world to study here in Ramkamheang University, Phuket. This is indeed a great opportunity to Thailand in the future.

The Design

We will divide the page in 2 main parts – the pictures and the information. The pictures will be in the middle of the page when you click on some link, the picture will change to be other pictures or video clip. About the information, it will appear on the right hand side. The buttons – home, faculties, contact us, etc. will be on top of the page. There will be the graphic design of the university’s logo on top.

This website will provide the visitors the pictures of the university and the environment around the compus. There are links in every part of the university such as in each building, etc. Whenever you click on the picture for example you click on the building of the faculty of tourism’ s picture, it will appear the information about this faculty along with the video for you to travel through the building of the faculty via the internet. Or when you click on the canteen, it will appear the video of the students when they are in canteen. Also we will let you travel to the under water which is one of the beautiful parts of the university. It is the faculty of off-shore engineering and it is built under water – you will see the classroom which is built from the mirror. You can see the ocen, the fish, etc. We will take you to the classroom which is built with high technology along with the equipment for the students is hi-technology because it is the center of the SEA.

There is the map of the campus also. When you click on the map, it will appear the location where you click it.

We will let you see outdoor activities of the students – scuba diving, wind surfing, jet skiing, camping, fishing, mountain biking, etc. You will see the good environment around the campus because our university is built away from the bad polution. You will see how beautiful it is.

About off-shore engineering

The faculty is specially design for Phuket Island; the off-shore engineering will change the future of Thailand seaports and sea environment management to the better way.

Faculty of off-shore engineering is the superstar faculty of the university. The university is next to the sea and Phuket is the island of Thailand. We are proud to build an operation building and laboratory for this faculty in the sea. It will be like a large platform in the sea with high technology equipments. It will be a huge amount of painfully expenditure to pay for the future of Thailand.

Back to the land the ACG Company has plan to build up facilities in order to keep the university in order. Take care of the environment while the university is growing and expanding its size is the first goal of the project. The university will have a big high technology waste water pumping station to keep the waste water comes from activities in the university from affect the environment of the sea. We also have a small utilities facilities for support both power and water for the university.

The faculty of tourism will not only educate students with best tourism management in Thailand, but also teach them how to run all entertainment business due to variety form of tourists. This education system will support tourists around the world in the future. 

There are so many kinds of entertainment form. The university hopes to develop student’s creativity so they can operate their own unique tourist business.

The university tries to educate the student to use local goods in Thailand too. For example: there are so many kinds of Thai foods and Thai wines that need to be develop to international class. It is an emotional language that the student who selected “Music studio management” as their major will learn how the music is so important in our everyday life. And how to create and manage a great music for certain occasions. The university hopes to listens the song of successfulness from student in this major.

Faculty of Education is the only hopes of Ramkamheang University, Phuket to resolve the religions conflict in the southern parts of Thailand.

The university is concentrate on select of candidates that have both high score in EQ test and high score in IQ test. Students in this faculty are hope to be deploy in many of school in the southern parts of Thailand as the teacher or professor.

Faculty will try best to setup an advance education management system and students also required to apprentice in handle most of education problem in Thailand.

We cannot deny that most of teenager in Thailand and in other countries around the world are enjoying listen to the music watching animated movie using high computer graphic technology or playing computer games.

Games are the most interactive technology that stimulate people in to another world.

Imagine of we can product many kinds of enjoyable educational CD like convert a boring math classes into enjoyable math games. Those kids will surely love to play with number and digits.

There are some interactive software in the market such as flight simulator that allow pilots and military airman to practice flying on  monitor instead of take off a real flight practice and wasting 100,000 - 250,000 baht of fuel cost  (Source: 100Watts communication technology ISBN: 0857-922).

The last year survey of American military found that 95% of soldier’s free times activities are spend on computer war games So, Imagine about United States of America is now spending about 6,000,000 dollars of dole money on hire many games company in developing war games to practice American soldier.

It is somehow safer when soldier practicing on computer rather than drive off those real military vehicle and begin to fire real firearms to the target.

The ACG Company is planning to set up a beautiful and peaceful apartment in the university the first apartment can support about 1,500 students. And we also planned to collaborate with allapartments in the university area.

Apartments that want to join the university must passed a deep verified and approve by university to be sure that alcohol, gamble and drugs will not affect students.

Operation Buildings

We will have 2 operation buildings they will be design delicately. Each building will serve the university as a huge classroom. Both buildings come with high technology equipments in every classroom such as Plasma technology television which provide student more precision vision. Plenty of computer labs for everyone.

Basic utility service such as clean toilet and free internet service pods which allow students to connect to internet by using student’s notebook computer for example.

The utility facilities are simply small powerhouses that provide power and water. Stabling for adequate power and water in the university.

Utility Facilities are specially design to can switch to emergency mode, use gas power in case of power lines outside the university are shutdown.

Waste Water Pumping Station

The waste water pumping station will resolve the waste water and chemical waste from activities and experimental inside university. Comes with 2 main water tanks which can store up to 800,000 cm. of waste water and have 4 small water tanks which can transform about 120,000 cm. of water back to good condition water in 3 months. 

Car park

3 levels building designs to store up to 1,300 cars and in the outer car park zone can store up to 50 loaded-trucks. Monthly parking fee will be charge in cheap price

Garden & Green zone

Peaceful and quiet zone in the university, come with 2 football gymnasium. Allow everyone in the area can come here and practice outdoor sports or have a picnic with their family.

There are lots of benefit in building Ramkhamhaeng University. We see what benefits to people so we put lot of affords to make it to be the best university in Asia. Since Phuket is the one of the most important seaports of Thailand, we are looking forward to increase the numbers of tourists and students as well as fame.

The Ramkhamhaeng University in Phuket is built in order to develop the education in Thailand – since the educations in Thailand are not so advance compare to other countries. We hope to improve the potentiality of people in Thailand to have a good quality education. In this way, Thailand can be improved along with its people.  As our university is opened in English program, people will have an ability to speak English fluently so the inter-communation can possiblily be. The connection among foreign people will be more easily. Apart from developing the education, we expect that the tourism in Thailand will be increased also as Thai cultures are spread out by Thai people and students to foreigners and exchange students. It is one of the ways to promote Thailand. Due to the fact that Phuket is one of the beautiful islands, it attracts tourists (as it is). As a result, our university will be known sooner or later. Since we want this university to be the high technology center throughout Asia, we will provide all advance and high technology will full options of the equipments for the students.

As the construction is unique – the buildings are built from the mountain go along to the land and ended in the sea, this will attracts and gain interests from people. We will find the best professors with experiences from over the world, the study system will be done effectively also. Thus the Ramkhamhaeng University will be the best university in Asia.
