Happy, young, and so very innocent and trusting..
Christmas 1992.
Ok, so it's not the most flattering picture. Give me a break, it was taken just a few days before Natalie was born, and although I loved being pregnant, I was starting to wear down a little bit. Besides, I hadn't seen my feet in so long, I wasn't sure they were there anymore!
Honestly though, I loved feeling her move, watching my belly change shape, and letting Austin, Mike, and anyone else who wanted to, feel her kick and hit inside that big old belly. It may not look like it, but it was a wonderful time for me, and I loved it.
(And yes, I am fully aware of how stunning I looked.)
It is my very favorite picture of my two beautiful children together. It was taken the first time Austin held Natalie.
