Favorite Groups of Villains
The title says it all, doesn't it? In no particular order (though the Masho *are* number one for my faves) here they are!

1. The Masho: They are just the coolest group in YST. I'm a sucker for just bad guys who are really mean and nasty because they can be! They really showed the Troopers how to fight a tough battle and have kicked the crap out of the boys a few times. Their armors and weapons are just beyond awesome. In the manga, the Masho were much more devious and used mutants and humans (twisted with evil and under control) against the Troopers.
2. Shikaisen & Evil Corps: The ninjas in Gaiden were pretty something. Shikaisen was just so freaky look and a real creep at that (typical of an evil sorcerer). The part where he was "melting" was neat to look at. The Mad Scientist reminds me of a very twisted version of Professor Tomoe (Sailorsaturn's father from Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon). They are the first to use technology against the Troopers and seems like... they were the only ones to do so.

1. Mukara: He's one of the most handsome villains I've seen in anime. He's also very powerful and can easily take on the Troopers without having to summon his armor, Kuroi Kikoutei. His skills as a human are almost unmatched. His silence throughout most of Kikoutei Densetsu made him more interesting to me - I'm not too into villains who just yak, yak, yak and that's one of the reasons I was drawn to Mukara.
2. Suzunagi: I thought it was very clever of her to capture the Samurai Troopers through their weaknesses: Touma's feelings towards the actual fighting, Shin's confusion from the Kikoutei Densetsu series, Seiji's courtesy towards others' feelings and inability towards personal relationships, Shu's rash actions, and Ryo's wanting to solve everything. Suzunagi has one of the weirdest outfits I've seen (both as an adult and a child). Never the less I think she's impressive.
3. Kenboukyou: He really wasn't such a bad guy after all. He did want to take the Shiroi Kikoutei and keep his possession over the Koretsu Ken but only because he didn't like Arago either. He was a noble warrior who unfortunately met his fate when Ryo defeated him. He was just a class act all the way.
4. Kayura: At first I really hated her. Not because she could beat the Troopers but her attitude really needed some adjustment. Of course this was after I learned more about her. One of the things I like about her is that her seiyuu also does the voice of Sailorneptune. For a 12-year-old though, she sure can kick some butt. It's also kinda funny how she speaks so highly of herself.

5. Kouri no Masho Toryuki: (No picture available yet) The ice youja makes his appearance in the YST drama CD "Suikoden." He wanted to freeze everything in order to preserve his home, which I can understand because he loves his home and all. It's interesting how he doesn't like Arago. He's also got this deep, sensual voice that's just droolworthy. I wish Sunrise had animated this CD so we can see Toryuki-san in action. I'm thinking about putting up a little tribute to him ^_^
