Interview with Jaelynn

Nassoro: Do you have any plans to become a master chef or further pursue you studies in culinary art?

JAELYNN: I have no urge to become a master chef anymore. My interests are more geared in the direction of Sanitation and Food Science. I plan on returning to school and obtaining my masters in Agriculture. I feel it is very important that we reduce the risk of food borne illness in the United States. I would like to someday work for the USDA in the dairy field, and try to minimize the use of the Bovine Growth Hormone in our cattle. I would love to open up my own restaurant sometime in the future when I am fully established.

Nassoro: I can see you are an aspiring actress, have you done any movie projects or taken any acting classes?

JAELYNN: I work on the set of UPN’S “South Beach” as an extra currently. I have also worked on the sets of ShowTime’s new pilot “Dexter”, and the movie “Christmas in Miami” doing the same. I have had no acting lessons but I am learning more everyday I work. I enjoy being part of the background for now; I think it’s an experience I shouldn’t skip since I don’t have professional training.

Nassoro: What do you bring to the modeling world and culture?

JAELYNN: I feel I bring brains to the modeling culture; it’s unfortunate that many of the females I work with don’t find it important to be educated. I also feel I bring a real smile to the camera, I am proud of myself and how far I have come so quickly, so there is no fear of being rejected behind my eyes. If I don’t make it as a model, there are plenty of other things I can be successful as, and I accept that.
