| Nashville Schnauzer Rescue ADOPTION CONTRACT I/We__________________________________________________________________________ (hereafter referred to as Adopter) are adopting this dog for the sole purpose of keeping it as a companion animal. The dog will not be sold, leased, given away or used for any commercial purpose. I/We agree to the following terms and conditions: Adopter will provide quality food and proper medical care (including flea control and heartworm preventative). Adopter will perform/provide appropriate grooming. Dog will be kept primarily indoors, and will be allowed outside only in an adequately fenced yard or on a leash. Dog will not be left unsupervised with small children or unfamiliar animals. Dog will be returned to Nashville Schnauzer Rescue if, for any reason, the Adopter is unable to keep it. ************************************************************************************** The dog has been medically and behaviorally evaluated to the best ability of the members or agents of Nashville Schnauzer Rescue, and all relevant information has been provided to Adopter. Adopter understands that the dog�s future health and behavior cannot be guaranteed and, further, accepts all liability for, and holds Nashville Schnauzer Rescue harmless for, all future medical and legal matters relating to the dog.
