My Wisconsin Vacation

In July and October of 1998,I was invited down to Eau Claire Wisconsin to visit some

internet friends.Their names are Carol and Joe.They are a very nice couple

and made me feel right at home at their place.While there,Carol showed me around

Eau Claire and the surrounding area's.In July,we went sight seeing to different places

such as the newly found Caverns they have there now.We went on a tour of them,

even though they were just found,they have done a great job in showing off the

spectacular beauty inside.We also went to the a big Theme park called Wisconsin Dells.

There we took a ride on a "WISCONSIN DUCK".Its an amphibious vehicle from the war,and

they take you on a tour through a park and then into the Wisconsin River.

Also in July,we went to the Oshkosh Airshow.I have wanted to see this show for a

long time,have seen it on t.v. and have gone to the ones in my area.............

The Shearwater International Airshow.We had a great time there and I would like to thank

Carol for all her hard work and for letting me stay at their place and for the wonderfull

time I had at the Airshow..........It was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I was there,Carol mentioned she always wanted a darkroom.So I told her,that next

time I was down for a visit,I would help her build one.So in October,I was invited down

again and we took the first 2 days and built her a darkroom.

In the following 2-3 days,I showed her how to develope film,and to make and develope

her own pictures.Within the next day or two,she developed her own film and her own

pictures.I was very happy to help her fullfil a dream she always had..............
