Welcome to the best time of the year........Maple Sugar Time.This is when you take the sweet sap of the Maple trees and boil it down into something that is so sweet and delicious that you can never get enough of it!!!

This is about my famillies Sugar Woods which my Uncle(Keith Austin) now operates.It has been in the familly now for over 50 years and has really grown in the past years.Below is a picture of the living camp and the Evaporator camp.
