Boston's Holocaust Memorial
Better to be seen in person, but I hope these few images inspire you to go.
This simple slab greets you at either entrance.
It consists of a series of towers, too tall to get into the shot I took. As you walk into each tower, you are blasted with hot air from a grate in the ground.
And here is what it looks like from the inside. I can not tell you what is written there, the sun's reflection obscured it too much, but I do know it is a survivor's recollection. The top is about another prisoner finding a raspberry. The smaller sequences in block patterns are numbers.
