Respected Sir,
I am to draw your kind attention towards the following facts for your kind consideration and favourable order.
That I entered into my service in your department in the year 1967.
That in obedience to your posting order I joined at I.T.I Cuttack on 04/08/1967 forenoon. The other candidate Mr. A.K.Naik Turner I.T.I Cuttack had also joined in the same post on the same date but in afternoon i.e. on 04/08/1967 afternoon. A Xerox copy of the letter Principal I.T.I Cuttack is enclosed herewith to prove the validity of my statement.
But sorry to let you know that I am simply astound to find his name just above my name. In this connection I had represented several times but in vain. Neither it is corrected nor any step to this regard has been taken till today. The most surprising matter is that in spite of my so many representation and registered letters this matter has not been taken into consideration.
That, as the promotion season is on I am very much distressed that if this will not be corrected at this time, which is a peak one, I’ll lose a lot and it’ll create havoc.
Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible to rectify the mistake so that it can be reflected at the time of my promotion.

Dear Madam/Sir,
Its after long years of harassments I am complaining you. I, Md. Dabeeruddin Ahmed, am an employee of Industrial Training Institute, Talcher, controlled by Director of Technical Education and Training Orissa, under Industries Dept. Govt. of Orissa. For no fault of mine and for reasons unknown I am being harassed.
Here I am submitting you my case history of two arrear claims.
The first claim’s details are:
· Claim is of round Rs. 83,000/- ,out of which 42,000/- plus was to be merged in GPF since long i.e. in the year 1998.
· My arrear claims from 1996 to 2000 arising out of pay fixation O.R.S.P 98 was sanctioned by D.T.E. & T Orissa in 1998.
· But the Principal of Talcher, who is Drawing and Disbursing Officer sanctioned it as late as on 19.7.2000.
· I repeatedly gave representation to both Principal ITI Talcher and DTE & T Orissa but to no effect.
The second claim’s details are as follows :
· This claim is of round about Rs. 9000/-.
· The period of claim is 1981-1988 under the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Principal I.T.I Puri.
· It was sanctioned in the year 1988.
· But till today, I have not received the money I deserve.
· On further asking, I was informed the bill was lost.
· This seems deliberate callousness to harass me.
§ I am in great financial crisis as my daughter is in MCA stream and I am raising loans after loans for her studies when my money is blocked.
§ Since last 2 years I have been running as well as my family members from one person to another, from office to another without any result.
§ Their intentions seems not to be too clear as they are just avoiding the matter totally.
After seeking all doors for redressal of my grievance I am knocking at yours. I request your kind intervention to save me from further mental and financial harassments.
As I am kept in total dark over the developments. Kindly mail back the any development.
