Auditorium for Porns: Is Demand Justified?
 

YES!

       Not being concerned with what was discussed on latest ‘Big Fight’ on Star News hosted by Rajeev Sardesai; notwithstanding what Madam-Akhila, Mr-Mahesh Bhatt said their about making provisions for designated auditoriums for porns; neither taking seriously of the demand of Mr. V. Anand, there are some facts I want to state.

I am a resident of Cuttack, Orissa. Here we have quite a number of film halls that do bisque business and we used to see all the latest releases. But here we have some (I think 4 approx.) halls which are unofficially designated to show porns. First comes ‘Nishamoni’ that often shows English movies-good bad and ugly-all and some times best of Hindi new. Second comes ‘Grand’ that is for south Indian movies apart from Oriya occasional. Third comes ‘Sangam’ which has more or less same cadre. Fourth comes ‘Devi’ that shows I think softest of South India or at times dubbed English.

They do it legally or not are not matter of concern. But they are more or less catering to the concept what is a very big issue now. I think it is same quite everywhere. Then why fight?

What is illegal or unofficial till now, is unofficially accepted as a part of society. Then why not make it legal? It would be better if instead of such arrangement that give scopes to some officials to grease their palms very decently and graciously we give make provisions for designating auditoriums for porns.
