He has another child who is younger than my son, and he doesn't have a problem supporting her (she is from his marriage after my son was born!!) I think something should be done about it!! I think that he and others like him, should have to be MADE to work OR ELSE! I have taken care of my son all of his life! My son has ADHD, Adreneline Rage Disorder, Coduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Growth Hormone Disorder.  He is also Developmentally disabled.  You can read about all of that here.  My son is on 6 different kinds of medication, that costs between $400.00-500.00 per month. All that Darren was ordered to pay was $215.93 per month.....but does he? Oh, sometimes I get it, ONLY because the Child Support Office AUTOMATICALLY takes it!!!  I think him and others like him should be taught a GOOD lesson! I posted his picture and name for a reason....if you see him.....just take him for what he is.....a DEADBEAT!!!!!

Tristan is now 19.  So Darren does not have to pay MONTHLY child

support anymore!  BUT, he STILL owes me BACK child support and I am getting it a LITTLE at a time when he get's some kind of Worker's Comp check and it is intercepted from the Child Support Office.

Personally, with all the mental and developmental problems that Tristan has, I think that Darren should be made to pay for him the rest of his life!  But I said that is what I personally think.  Of course, we know that will NEVER happen.  Tristan will never be able to hold a job down and make any kind of decent money.  I help him out whenever I can.

judge ruled against his petition to get his support lowered

Well, believe it or not, I am getting my child support almost the same time every month.   Thank heaven's for wage attachments and that he FINALLY decided to get off his lazy butt and get a JOB!!!  But I am almost positive that once Tristan turns 18, Darren will quit his job.  But little does he know, that because of my sons problems, Darren MAY have to pay him for the rest of his life!  So, then I guess I am going to have to start "The Hunt" all over again.  The ONLY think that MAY save us is that he has his daughter that he still has to support.  She is about 3-4 years younger than my son.  I am sure that once Tristan turns 18, all of the back child support will NOT be caught up yet, so I figure I will be going back to court again!

One positive thing about this is.....I am gaining TONS of knowledge!  :-)
