Weight Loss Walkabout

Remove yourself from the temptations and unhelpful habit patterns of your usual routine. Immerse yourself in a beautiful natural setting while learning and practicing new thinking, feeling, and dietary, and lifestyle habits and engaging your body in a walking program custom tailored to your physical needs.  All programs designed to gradually build self-awareness, personal responsibility, stamina, strength  and tone.

Nutritional consultations, massage therapy, yoga therapy, hydrotherapy, Native American sweat lodge, fire side talking circles, motivational counseling, meditation, and Native American animal, plant, and natural lifestyle classes included.  Base camp includes a communal kitchen, canvas wall tents.  Staff is highly experienced in nutritional counseling, wellness counseling, psychological counseling, Native American Spirituality, and wilderness survival.


Ten day programs: $1500, includes initial physical and emotional evaluation, two personal counseling sessions, nutritional consultation, therapeutic yoga daily, two massage therapy sessions and meals for the entire stay.

Participants help prepare food.
