But the girls started off on fire and for the first fifteen minutes would not allow Seaforth to touch the ball. Despite some stunning moves and flashes of brilliance from the girls they just weren�t able to convert their chances and try as they did, they just could not get that ball in the back of the net. Both teams remained goalless at half time.
It was Seaforth then that came out to dominate the second. They launched their attack only minutes after the whistle went but Narrabeen fought back hard. Seaforth scored a very weak goal, with two many players in the box hindering Kathy's view, the ball fumbled in over the line...
But the girls did manage to pull one goal back, unfortunately it was in the wrong net! A particularly beautiful goal from Katrina off a corner, so fast Kathy didn't see it coming!!
Seaforth took advantage of a tactical defence error by the Beanies and ploughed down the centre of the field... 3-0...
Kathy �Ding dong� Bell was stunning (as always) in the goals and without a doubt this week�s player of the match.
The goal line certainly wasn't representative of the match - both teams were very even but Seaforth managed to convert their chances. Luck just wasn't on the Beanies side this day...
