Goals Scored: None and we deserved none..
They were just the better team on the day and we played really badly for us - it was like we were half asleep and couldn't get into the flow of the game. Apart from Kate on the right midfield - she was on fire all game and did not stop her intensity and "resolve".
Mosman just threw us from our game as we were just warming up and we just couldn't keep up. They scored in like the first 5 mins by a defence error on our behalf. And then not long after there was about 45 people in the box and it went from head to head and went in. Elaine in goals couldn't see a thing.
Third goal was in the second half - they hit a really long ball, we thought we had plenty of time but their striker was quick and determined and scored a lovely goal.
We missed some opportunities in the first half - making the most of our speed up front but couldn't convert.
It was a very disappointing performance from the Beenies and Peter was understandably disappointed. We just need to learn to play like we did against BTH and Dee Why A every week - or alternatively roster our off games so we all don't have an off game on the same week!!
