Yeast Rolls
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1 Package dry yeast
2/3 Cup warm water
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons Shortening
Melted Margarine
Dissolve yeast in warm water
Stir in sugar, shortening and Master. Beat vigorously. Turn dough onto a floured surface.
Knead till smooth (about 20 times) Shape as desired into crescents, rolls etc.
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise in warm place until double in size (about 30 minutes)
Bake at 400* (preheated oven) 10 to 15 minutes or till golden brown.
Brush with melted margarine while they are hot.
Makes 16 rolls
