Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Mix
1 egg
1 Cup water
Beat eggs slightly with water in a bowl. Stir in the whole wheat mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter onto well greased griddle and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked thoroughly through.
Turn carefully as cakes are tender.
Serve with sryup, honey, jam or jelly.
Makes about 15 3 inch pancakes
