Whole Wheat Coffee Cake
2 1/4 Cups whole wheat mix
1 egg
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup raisins
Beat the egg slightly with the water in abowl
Stir in the whole wheat mix and raisins just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread evenly in a greased 8 X 8 inch baking pan
Sprinkle with crumb topping below
Crumb Topping
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 Tablespoon flour
Mix the sugar, flour and cinnamon together till there are no lumps of sugar
then add the margarine ans mix till the topping is fine and crumbly.
Bake at 400* (preheated oven) for 25 minutes
Cut into squares and is best served warm
