Whole Wheat Bread
4 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Mix
1 egg
1 1/4 Cups water
Beat the egg slightly with the water in a large bowl. Stir in the whole wheat mix just till dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn into a greased 9X5X3 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350* for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand in pan on wire rack for about 5 minutes; loosen sides with a spatula and turn right side up obn a rack to cool.
Cool thoroughly before slicing.
