Waffles
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg, separated
1 Cup water
Blend mix and sugar, gradually add beaten egg yolk mixed with water. Mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Pour about 1/2 Cup of mixture onto a heated waffle maker and bake.
Makes 4 to 5 waffles
