Spiced Tea Mix
2 - 4 inch cinnamon sticks
1/2 lb Orange Pekoe Tea
4 teaspoons Packaged Ground Orange Peel
1/4 cup whole cloves
1 teaspoon grated whole nutmeg
1 cup slivered candied orange peel
2 teaspoons packaged ground lemon peel
Place cinnamon sticks between two sheets of waxed paper and crush with rolling pin. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Store in an airtight glass or tin container.
Keep in a cool place until ready to use.
To serve - Brew as for any tea allowing to steep for about 5 minutes.
