Rolled Oats Mix
4 cups flour
4 cups quick cooking oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup double acting baking powder
1 Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 cup butter or margarine
Put all ingredients except butter in a large bowl and stir until well mixed. Cut in butter until well blended. Cover and refrigerate in a large glass jar or canister.
To measure, spoon into cup, pack lightly and level off.
