Ranch Pudding
(this rich pudding makes its own butterscotch sauce)
1 Cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 1/2 Cups water
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1/2 to 1 Cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup raisins or chopped dates
Mix 1 cup brown sugae, water, and margarine in sauce pan. Boil 5 minutes.
Pour into an 8 X 8 X 8, 2 inch deep pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter on top of sugar mixture. It will spread as it bakes.
Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Serve warm. May be served with either plain or whipped cream. (Dry milk whip topping may be used.)
