Peanut Butter Cookies
2 3/4 Cups Master Pastry and Cookie Mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream butter and peanut butter together.
Beat in sugars
Stir in eggs and vanilla
Add baking soda and Master Pastry Cookie Mix
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Press flat with a floured fork or spoon.
Bake at 350* for about 10 minutes or till firm. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
