Orange Nut Bread
3 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1 1/4 Cups Orange Juice (with Pulp)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Orange Rind
1 egg
3/4 Cup Nuts
Mix sugar, egg, orange juice, rind and Master Mix. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Batter may be lumpy. Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan 9 X 5 X 3 inches.
Bake at 350* for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Cool before slicing.
