Oat Pancakes
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats Mix
1 cup water
1 egg
Stir all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon till well blended. Spoon on hot griddle or skillet and cook till browned on both sides and done.
Makes about 16 - 3 inch cakes
