Molasses Cookies
4 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 Cup Molases
Stir sugar and spices into Master Mix. Combine beaten egg with molasses and add to the mix.
Blend well and chill
Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inch in size. Roll balls in sugar. Flatten on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375* for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen
