Master Meat, fish and Poultry
Seasoned Coating Mix
2 cups fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 reaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup margarine
Combine dry ingredients, cut in margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs. Store whole recipe in a tightly covered container OR measure out 3/4 cup mix and store in baggies.
Place 3/4 cup seasoned coating mix in a brown paper bag (like a cold lunch bag)
add a cutlet, pork chop, croquette, fish, piece of chicken to bag and shake till piece is coated. Bake or fry as your recipe suggests.
