Hot Cocoa Mix
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 cups dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container. To use, neasure 1/4 cup mix into cup, fill with boiling water and stir well.
Makes about 15 cups
