Golden Corn Bread, Muffins or Sticks
2 cups Corn Bread Mix
2/3 cup water
1 egg
Mix and pour into greased 8 X 8 inch pan, (greased muffin tin or hot greased corn stick pan)
Bake at 425* about 20 - 25 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 9 servings
Variation: Add 1 cup blueberries
Cornbread - don't through left over cornbread away. Make a side dish with it that tastes like hush puppies (poor boy). Melt butter in a skillet, add chop up onions to taste, and add crumbled up cornbread. Cook until hot. Make's a great side dish.
