To 1 cup of Basic Oil and Vinegar Dressing Mix add:
1 teaspoon curry powder
1.4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 or 2 finely chopped hard cooked eggs
Florentine Dressing
To 1 cup of Basic Oil and Vinegar Dressing Mix add:
3 Tablespoons finely minced raw spinach
