Crunchy Drop Cookies
2 cups Natural Cereal Mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat butter, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla together till creamy
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt/ Add to creamed mixture and blend well
Stir in Natural Cereal Mix
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350* 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies
