Corn Doodle Cookies
2 cups Corn Bread Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
3 Tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Stir together corn bread mix, sugar and cinnamon. Blend in egg, water and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375* 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned on edges. Remove from oven, loosen and remove with spatula
