Corn Bread Mix
4 cups sifted flour
4 cups cornmeal
1 1/2 cups instant dry milk
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking powder
1 Tablespoon salt
Stir dry ingredients together until well mixed. Cut in butter with a pastry blender, fork or 2 table knives. Store in a tightly covered container.
