Coffee Cake
3 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1/2 Cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 Cup water
Put Master Mix and sugar in a mixing bowl and stir well. In a small bowl mix the egg and water together. Add this to the Master mix and sugar mixture and mix till well blended.
Pour into a greased 9 inch baking pan and sprinkle with topping.
Coffee Cake Topping
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon flour
Mix the sugar, cinnamon and flour thoroughly. Add the butter and mix until the topping is crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over the top of the cake mix in the pan.
Bake at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 9
