Chocolate Dollars
2 cups Rolled Oats Mix
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 square cooking chocolate (melted)
Melt the chocolate over hot water. Add vanilla and egg. Beat well
Stir in rolled oats mix. Shatpe into roll and wrap in waxed paper. Chill 2 hours.
Cut into slices 1/4 inch thick, place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350* 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 30 cookies
