Chicken N' Cheese
1 whole fryer
1 17-ounce can peas, drained or 1 10 ounce package frozen peas
1/2 cup liquid from peas
1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup
Simmer fryer in 1 Cup water in large kettle with cover about 1 hour or until done. Remove from broth and cool until comfortable to touch.
Discard Skin and bones. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Place in greased shallow casserole 8 X 12 inch.
Dilute canned soup with liquid from peas. Pour over chicken
Add peas in a layer over top of soup
Biscuit Topping
1 Cup All Purpose Master Mix
2 eggs beaten
1/4 Cup water
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine eggs and water. Add liquid and cheese to Master Mix and stir till smooth. Spread evenly over casserole.
Bake at 350* 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6
