Butter Sticks
2 cups Rolled Oats Mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
Put butter in 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan and melt in oven while preheating to 450*
Put rolled oats mix in bowl and add up to 1/2 cup water, JUST ENOUGH to hold the ingredients together, mixing lightly with a fork.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to form 10 X 6 inch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 6 strips cut the short lenght. Using a fork dip each strip in butter, coating both sides; leave strips in pan, arranging evenly and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Turn out and serve hot.
