Bran Muffins
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
1 egg
2 Tablespoons sugar
2/3 Cup water
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 Cup whole bran cereal
1 teaspoon baking soda
Place egg in bowl and beat. Add sugar and water combined with vinegar. Continue beating. Blend in whole bran cereal. Add the mix and baking soda. Stir quickly and vigorously until just mixed. Batter will look lumpy.
Rub muffin pans with oil. Fill about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400* for 18 to 20 minutes
Serve hot with butter and jam or jelly
