Blond Brownies
1 1/2 cup Pastry and Cookie Mix
1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup shopped nuts
Combine mix, sugar and baking powder. Stir in vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in nuts.
Grease 9 X 11 or 9 X 13 baking pan and spread batter evenly. Bake at 350* for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpic inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. ut into squares.
