Baked Meat Sandwich
1 lb ground beef
1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1/2 Cup grated swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or worcestshire sauce)
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
Cook beef and onion over low heat until no longer pink. Do not brown.
Stir with fork to break up as it cooks. Cool
Mix in cheeses, egg, salt, parsley and spicy sauce.
Now To Make the Sandwich Biscuit Dough
2 Cups All Purpose Master Mix
2/3 Cup milk
1/4 Cup Mayonaise
1 egg yolk
Combine all above biscuit ingredients and beat about 20 strokes till stiff and slightly sticky. Spread half the dough mixture in a well greased 8 X 8 X 2 inch square pan. Cover with the meat mixture. Spread the rest of the dough over mixture. (Top will even out during baking) Brush with beaten egg yolk to give a crusty glaze.
Bake at 400* for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in slices 1/2 inch wide and serve hot or cold. 4 to 6 servings
