All Purpose Master Mix
9 Cups Flour
2-2/3 Cups Dry Milk
1/3 Cup Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Salt
2 Cups Shortening
COMBINE FLOUR, DRY MILK, BAKING POWDER, SUGAR AND SALT IN A LARGE BOWL. STIR TOGETHER. CUT IN SHOPRTENING UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. MAKES 12 CUPS
IF LARD IS USED...REFREGERATE AND USE WITHIN A MONTH.
