On the 14th of December we went out for a night on the town with my cousin Andrew. We left home at about 7pm and headed for the local. The first place was called the moons. It was only a little pub and had no music. That in itself was a bit weird. We were told that this was a cheap pub. The drinks didn't cost to much by English standard. While there Andrew got me drinking Fosters tops. It was a fosters with lemonade in it. Something different but it made it easier it drink. We got talking to a guy there and his name was Dave. Turns out he had been all over Australia. Like most people you get talking to. He was a nice guy and we got talking about his trip. Sounds like he had been all over Australia. He some how spent £7000 on his trip. He was there for 6 months and by the sounds of it had a good time and spent way to much money. While we were at the bar I was talking to Andrews friend Sam. It came up that Neil's last name was Armstrong. She didn't believe us and I said I had no reason to lie. But if you don't believe me then go and ask to see his id. So she went up to him and asked to see his id. Sam told Neil that her name was Sam Fox. That is the name of a page three girl. Her last name was really smith but from then on to us it was fox.                              

 At about 10:30 we went to the manor house. Turns out the pub we were at closed at 11. Most pubs over here close rather early. The Manor house didn't close till 1am. So we were off. We got to the Manor and there was music there. At last!!! Neil started drinking snake bites. They are a bit weird tasting but not to bad. After a while Andrew came over with a shot. It was called after shock. I didn't ask why. But now wish I had. It tasted ok going down but the after taste was wrong!! It was after that that things went down hill!!! There was a "old girl" at the bar and this guy was talking to her. He was a bit of a worry. Neil was worried about her so kept telling me to go and save her. Her friend was at the loo. He was saying go over there and say you are here friend. Neil was very worried. Her friend came back not long after and you will be happy to know she was ok! Not long after this Neil was up to more trouble. He went to get his drink off of the table and this guy went to hit him. As a joke I am told. But then said "Nah just kidding mate" Neil came and told me about it and wasn't happy. So we see this guy a little latter and Neil goes over and pretends to hit him. The guy didn't look happy. Then Neil said " you did it to me before I was doing it back" They were friends after that! So there was a lot of bad dancing going on and us trying to sing along to songs we have never heard. At around 12 I guess we went across the road to get some food. It was a KFC type thing. Why we did that I don't know. But you do these things when you are drunk. You think you are hungry! So after that we walk up to the mini cabs. We are all standing in the office as it is pouring rain outside. We were there for about 30min and then Andrew ask's how much longer our cab will be. The guy say's well you haven't ordered it yet! Oh great!!! But in that 30min Neil had made some friends. He was outside talking to two girls. One of them worked in a employment agency. So Neil got talking that he was looking for a job. He now has an interview on Tuesday with Kelly. So we started to walk home. It was about a 30min walk I guess. Maybe a bit shorter. But it was raining the whole time! Not to hard but hard enough!! We were soaked by the time we got home. All the way home Neil was paying out on Sam "Fox" I don't think she was to happy but at the same time thought it was funny! We got home at about 2am.

 It was a good night out and bad head's the next day! We didn't take the camera out that night as we didn't think we would need it. Turns out it would have been good to have the camera. We will learn for next time.
