These are some Q & A's that may bring
you to a better understanding of my background.
I'm looking for a senior management
position.
1. Describe in detail what will
make you valuable to a company.
I am told that I have exceptional vision. Because of this I was chosen to take on very important projects. For example, at General Motors (GM) I was hand picked by the Executive Vice President of Engineering (all GM) to be part of a ten person reorganization team. This team effectively connected senior management directives to a uniform, standardized process of vehicle build execution, including finance and purchasing. There were billions of dollars involved. As can be seen above, I have very good "leadership by example" and interpersonal skills. I am not easily flustered, either. I've worked with all levels and gained a solid and deep understanding of business and what it takes to win. And, I usually do.
2. List three criteria you desire
in the next company you work for:
3. Reason you are seeking
employment:
Want a real challenge. I would like to use all my experience simultaneously.
4. Are you authorized to work in the United States?
Yes, I'm a citizen.
