The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies EVER!
1 cup butter flavored Crisco, butter or margarine    
1/2c granulated sugar
3/4c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3c flour
2c chocolate chips

I got this recipie from Shelley McAdams.
Cream butter and sugars
+ eggs and vanilla
+ soda and salt
+ flour
+ choc. chips
Bake at 375 for 8-10mins.

I like to use half butter/half crisco and 3c flour. I also drop rounded tablespoons for bigger cookies and cook for 11mins.
Old Fashion Italian Cheesecake
Cream ricotta and cream cheese.
+ sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon extract
mix well
+ flour and cornstarch
+ melted butter
FOLD in sour cream
Grease 9in springform pan and sprinkle generously with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour cheese mixture into pan.
Bake at 325 for one hour.
Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 2 hours.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR BEFORE.
Remove cheesecake from oven and cool completely.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Cream Cheese
1 1/2c granulated sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 tbls. flour
3 tbls. cornstarch
1/2c melted and cooled butter
2c sour cream
graham cracker crumbs

Makes 12-15 servings. My hubby made 2 cakes from this recipie for my birthday and nothing was left. He got it from some lady at work.
