You get Cloud's Ultimate weapon by defeating the Ultimate Weapon,which will be flying over the small lake near Junon in the third disc.You must chase him around the world and continue to fight him until he stops near Cosmo Canyon. Fight him for the last time and recieve Cloud's best weapon, the Ultima Sword.

This ultimate weapon is found on the steps that lead up to the Sister Ray right before the party faces Hojo for the last time.In order to find this Ultimate Weapon, you MUST have Barret in your group when going to stop Hojo!!

In order to get this Ultimate Weapon, you must find the Key to Sector 5.You must have the Midgar Key first.Once you get the Key to Sector 5, go back to Wall Market and check out that broken vending machine in the Abandoned Item shop again.It will give you Tifa's Ultimate Weapon before breaking down again!

You can find this Ultimate Weapon in the Temple of the Ancients.It is just off the Clock Room at the end of the 4th hallway.

After taking Red XIII's grandfather, Bugenhagen, to the Ancient City, go back to Cosmo Canyon with Red XII in your party.It appears that Bugenhagen is in a pretty bad condition.But after a short chat with the old guy, Red XII rejoins the group around the campfire.After a small joke, you receive Red XIII's Ultimate Weapon, the Limited Moon.

You can only find this ultimate Weapon when going back to Shinra HQ the second time.The first time you go there, you can find it, but Cloud doesn't know what he can do with a "useless megaphone".Hp Shout is found in the locker room in the health spa located on the 64th floor of Shinra HQ.The locker is on the left side of the third row of lockers.
Note: You should check every lock because there are several items you can find in them (the first visit as well as the second one).

You can find this Ultimate Weapon once you find the Submarine.After getting the Sub, go to the crashed Shinra Plane, the Gelnika, which is just off the coast by the Gold Saucer.Inside the first room on the right (the generator room) is where you can find her Ultimate Weapon.It is in the upper left corner of the room and is very hard to see.

Once the rocket in Cid's Hometown, Rocket Town, has been launched, go back and talk to the old man standing outside the Item shop.In order to get the Ultimate Weapon, you will have to speak to him several times, Be persistent and keep going at him until he gives you Cid's Venus Gospel.

In order to get to Vincent's Ultimate Weapon, you must either have the Submarine or a Gold Chocobo.Most likely, you will have the submarine first. This Ultimate Weapon is in Lucrecia's Cave located behind a waterfall in a lake in the Nibel area (the one you've always flown over).You already visited the cave in Disc 2, but can only get the weapon in Disc 3.You must have Vincent in your party when doing this, and you will get his Ultimate Weapon, Death Penalty!
